3rd Brampton (St. Thomas') Scout Group is based in Brampton, Chesterfield, Derbyshire and provides a programme of challenging and adventurous activities for young people from Brampton, Ashgate and Walton. This week we’re having a joint wide game with 1st Highfield and 1st Whittington. You need to meet at the top car park of Holmebrook Valley Park at 7.30pm. It will be a late finish, 9.30pm. Make sure you wear suitable clothing and footwear, bring a drink and a torch may be useful. See you all there

Hello Beaver Parents and Guardians,
We hope you have all had a really lovely Christmas holiday and that Santa has brought lots of presents to your homes! Just a quick reminder that Beavers starts back up again on Friday 6th January at St Thomas’ as usual. The programme of events will also be released on Friday and a copy will be uploaded onto this website, as well as given to the beavers.

This week we have two meetings, Christmas party on Friday and the Christmas hike on the Saturday.
Friday
Bring some party goodies, you will also need to wear old clothes as we will be having a bit of a wide game to start. Meet at St. Thomas’ normal start time, slightly later finish time 9.15pm.
Saturday
Meet at 9.45 am at the lay-by near the Yorkshire Bridge Inn (http://g.co/maps/3ssdm)
You will need:
Finish time is approx. 3.30pm pick up same place as drop off.

Hi all this week we are meeting at St. Thomas’ as normal. Those people who have not yet returned their up to date contact details, please bring them this week. Otherwise you will miss out on the activities coming up on next years programme.

This Wednesday, the 30th November, the District Beaver Carol Service will take place at 6.30pm at St. Thomas’s Church. Please will all beavers come in full uniform. Parents are welcome to stay for the service (which will last approximately half an hour) and it would be really lovely to see as many of you there as possible!
Also, a quick reminder that the beavers are going to the Observatory this friday – where we are meeting at 6.30 – 8pm! Just incase you have forgotten, the address of the Observatory can be found by clicking on the ‘Beavers’ link on the left hand side of this page.
